Search Underway for Missing Susquehanna County Woman with Mental Health Concerns

MISSING PERSON ALERT – SUSQUEHANNA COUNTY, PA
The Pennsylvania State Police at Gibson Barracks is actively investigating the disappearance of a missing and potentially endangered adult.

Missing Person: Nicole Royale Herman

Date of Birth: January 17, 1980

PA Driver’s License #: 26744853

Description:

White female

Fair complexion

Dirty blonde hair, below shoulder length

Blue eyes

Approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall

Clothing description is unknown at this time

Nicole Herman was last seen at her residence in Liberty Township, Susquehanna County, on the evening of Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at approximately 10:30 p.m. She has not been seen or heard from since.

Authorities are particularly concerned for Nicole’s safety, as she is reported to be suffering from mental health issues, including paranoia and delusional behavior. She is considered vulnerable and may be confused or in distress.

Nicole does not have access to a vehicle and may be traveling on foot or possibly accompanied by an unknown associate. Her current whereabouts are unknown, and she may still be within the local area or may have traveled elsewhere.

The Pennsylvania State Police urge anyone who may have seen Nicole, spoken to her, or has any information regarding her possible location to immediately contact the Gibson Barracks at 570-465-3154. Please reference case number PA25-787848 and ask for Criminal Investigation Unit Trooper R. Godino.

If you see Nicole Herman, do not approach her directly. Instead, call 911 or contact the Pennsylvania State Police with her location and a description of her current condition.
