mom has passed away, and we’re doing a balloon release in her honor tomorrow
It will take place **at her building — 2929 Chicago Ave South, Minneapolis — from 6:30 to 7:30 PM.
I honestly don’t even know how to do this. I’m still crying, still trying to find the words. None of this feels real. But I want to do something beautiful for her — something that reflects the love she gave all of us.
We’re asking everyone who knew her, loved her, or was touched by her in any way to please come out and join us. My mom was special — strong, stubborn, funny, and full of love. She touched people in so many different ways, and I know she meant something unique to each of you.
Her colors are **green and white**, so if you can, please wear or bring something in those colors to honor her. We’ll have balloons for the release, but you can also bring your own if you’d like.
This gathering is just about love, remembrance, and community. We’ll share stories, hugs, and maybe a few tears, but mostly we’ll send her light and love together.
