Camron Amirion Stroud Obituary: 21-Year-Old Dies in Prince George’s County Motorcycle Accident

Maryland State Police are investigating a deadly crash that claimed the life of 21-year-old Camron Amirion Stroud, of Upper Marlboro, on Saturday evening.

The crash occurred on August 23, 2025, around 7:32 p.m. on the southbound lanes of Interstate 495 near the ramp to Saint Barnabas Road. Investigators say Stroud was operating a Suzuki motorcycle when he collided with a commercial motor vehicle traveling in the same direction. He was rushed to Capital Region Medical Center but was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.

The Maryland State Police Crash Team is leading the investigation, reviewing roadway evidence, vehicle conditions, and possible contributing factors such as speed and visibility. Officials have not yet released details regarding the driver of the commercial vehicle.
