Karen built a remarkable career spanning more than 15 years in Director-level leadership roles within the travel, meetings, and convention industry. As a Certified Meeting Planner, she organized and produced conferences, conventions, and large-scale events across the globe, often collaborating with international tourism boards and managing onsite teams ranging in size from 1 to 25 members.

Most recently, Karen served as Executive Director of Nationals Park Events with the Washington Nationals, where she oversaw high-profile experiences that combined precision planning with her signature creativity and professionalism.

Karen’s academic achievements reflected her dedication to excellence. She earned her MBA from The George Washington University School of Business and was a proud graduate of James Madison University.
