Tulsa Police Investigate Deadly Midtown Shooting Near Highland Park; Road Rage Suspected in SUV Attack

Two shot near Highland Park in Midtown
Tulsa Police Department are investigating a shooting that occurred around 1800hrs (6pm) in the area of 35th and South Yale.

Tulsa Fire Department along with Emsa responded, as Officers arrived quickly, they discovered a Man and woman that were suffering from being shot while inside their SUV, they began life-saving measures until Firefighters and Emsa personnel arrived.
The man and woman were transported to Tulsa Hospitals, where the man remains in critical condition, while unfortunately, the woman succumbed to her injuries at the hospital.
Police are saturating the neighborhood, looking for witnesses, and residents that may have Security cameras.
At this time, the shooting is believed to of stemmed from some type of road rage, where someone fired upon the victims from another vehicle, which is described as a Red Sports car. Why Officers are saturating the area looking for leads to assist in the now homicide investigation.
